Во периодот 11-12.09.2012 година преставници на Агенцијата за регулирање на железничкиот сектор, како член на IRG Rail, учествуваа на средбите на IRG Rail со EIM (European infrastructure managers) и DG MOVE (Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport). На овие средби беше дискутирано за четвртиод железнички пакет, како и за проблемите во врска со формирањето на таксата за пристап која инфраструктурните компании ги наплаќаа на железничките превозници.
